Performance Management

We are excited to announce that the City of Syracuse is launching a new Performance Management Program. This is a program that allows the entire organization to create alignment and work together to achieve shared goals. We call these goals objectives and key results, and the Performance Management Program utilizes an agile approach to monitor our progress towards them.

Each week, during a Department Head meeting we review one of the four objectives that was set by the Mayor and Senior Staff members. We evaluate progress, identify next steps, and work together as a group to drive progress towards the goals.

Starting today, you can see our progress and all of the data associated with the objectives and key results at The dashboards will be updated weekly.
