Infrastructure is defined as the basic or underlying framework for of a system or organization. Our roads, water mains, sewers, streets, bridges, and the like, are the framework by which we live our lives. Typically, infrastructure is out-of-sight, out-of-mind, this report details the current state of the infrastructure in New York State.
